With credit and thanks to LowtechGames for its emulator wrapper, I've added a "standalone" executable of version 1.4 of Pong de las Tortugas Ninja that's compatible with Windows.  Double click the .exe file to begin the game.  Press Esc to open the menu.  Toggle between windowed or full screen mode as preferred.  Remap buttons as preferred.
